Meet the Staff – Our Dedicated Professionals

 

Tracy Woodall, PhD-ABD, BCBA, LBA
Founder/ Executive Director

tpbprofileTracy Pierce Woodall is the Founder and Executive Director of the Brent Woodall Foundation for Exceptional Children and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She is a highly sought-after consultant to professionals and parents for her expertise in severe problem behaviors, early childhood intervention, autism intervention, in-home parent training, and program consultation. Tracy has over 20 years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. In 2003, with the grit and determination that won her All Ivy League Honors in Volleyball as captain of the Columbia University team, Tracy combined her training in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience with autism to create the Brent Woodall Foundation. Her mission is to empower parents of children with autism and developmental disabilities and to encourage their involvement in their children’s therapy by providing educational training, customized academic and behavioral plans, psychological assessments, and modest financial support. She is also Co-Founder of the Cristi’s Outreach Foundation, a branch of the Brent Woodall Foundation that originally started in 2001 as a preschool program for children with developmental disabilities in a local orphanage in Barlad, Romania. In 1993, Tracy joined the AHRC as the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program Coordinator, for which she developed a unified ABA program for several educational institutions. Tracy holds a PhD-ABD and a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology from The New School University in New York. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University. Tracy lives in the Dallas area with her four children. She enjoys coaching her daughter’s volleyball team and watching her children play sports. Her most preferred reinforcer is Diet Coke.

 
 

Carley Waltenburg, MS, BCBA, LBA
Director

Staff Head Shots 001Carley Waltenburg is the Director of the Brent Woodall Foundation and has worked with the foundation since 2005.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. Carley is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Her areas of interest include early intervention and parent training. While working at the Brent Woodall Foundation, Carley has had the opportunity to speak at parent workshops and provide consultation to parents of children with autism and developmental disabilities on  in-home ABA programs across the country. Carley enjoys attending conferences and staying up-to-date with the most current autism research. She lives in the Dallas- Fort Worth area with her husband, son, and daughter.  Her most highly preferred reinforcer is Dr. Pepper.

 
 

Irina Pasat, MS, BCBA, LBA
Director of International Outreach

Irina Pasat is the Director of International Outreach at the Brent Woodall Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas and a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Irina began her work with children with autism and developmental disabilities in Romania in 2001. She has many years of experience using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in early intensive intervention, parent training, as well as in teaching life skills and academic skills. Irina’s most preferred reinforcers are reading and spending time with her friends.
