Tracy Pierce Woodall, PHD-ABD, BCBA
Founder and Executive Director

In July 2001, Tracy Pierce Woodall founded Cristi’s Outreach Foundation in Romania, a branch of the Brent Woodall Foundation for Exceptional Children in the USA. In 1992, she graduated with a B.A in Psychology from Columbia University in New York, USA, where she played Volleyball. Tracy went on to earn her Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology from The New School University of New York in 1997. She has completed the course work required for her PhD and is in the process of completing her dissertation. Tracy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She lives in Coppell, Texas with her husband and four children. She enjoys coaching her daughter’s volleyball team and watching her children play sports.

 
 

Nicoleta Carmen Ababi-Caravelea, B.S.
Director of Cristi’s Outread Foundation

Nicoleta Carmen Ababi-Caravelea is the Cristi’s Outreach Foundation Director, in Romania. She holds a bachelor degree in Economical Sciences. She also obtained certifications in pharmacy, human resources inspection, and labour safety and health inspection. She has practiced and specialized in using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach children with autism for over 11 years. In the future she hopes to study psychology and attend BCBA certification courses. In her free time, she likes to read books, spend time with her mom, and play with her pets. Nicoleta Carmen currently lives in Romania with her husband and family, and enjoys taking care of abandoned animals. Her most preferred reinforcer is dark chocolate.

 
 
 

Irina Pasat, BS, MS
Assistant Director of International Outreach

Irina Pasat is the Director of International Outreach at the Brent Woodall Foundation for Exceptioanl Children and Cristi’s Outreach Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas in the USA. In the summer of 2012, she completed a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas. Irina began her work with children with autism and developmental disabilities in Romania in 2000. She has experience using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in early intensive intervention, parent training, as well as in teaching life skills and academic skills. She is currently preparing for the BCBA certification exam. She enjoys reading and spending time with her friends.

 
 

Mihaela Cazacu
Social worker

Mihaela Cazacu holds a bachelor degree in Theology and Social Work from the College of Sociology-Social Work at the University of Bucharest. She has been practicing and specializing in teaching children with autism, based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for more than 7 years. Mihaela currently lives in Bârlad, Romania with her husband and two daughters, and enjoys playing piano. Her most preferred reinforcer is watching T.V. series.

 
 
 
 

Gabriela Anca Giurcanu
Psychologist

Gabriela Anca Giurcanu holds a bachelor degree in Psychology from the College of Psychology at the “Spiru Haret” University. She has specialized in the utilization of Applied Behavior Analysis to teach children with autism for more than 4 years. Gabriela Anca currently lives in Bârlad, Romania with her family, and enjoys watching good movies at the movie theatre. Her most preferred reinforcer is milk with cookies.

 
 
 
 
 

Marioara Cătalina Giurgea

Marioara Cătalina Giurgea is a freshman at the College of Philosophy at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University, where she is pursuing a degree in social work. She has utilized the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach children with autism for more than 7 years. Marioara Cătălina currently lives in Bârlad, Romania with her husband, and enjoys travelling and baking cookies. Her most preferred reinforcer is pizza.

Crina Corina Angheluță holds a bachelor degree in Economical Science from the College of Management at the ”Spiru Haret” University. She has practiced and specialized in teaching children with autism based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for more than 4 years. She is also a graduate of the Pedagogical School „Alexandru Vlahuta” in Barlad. She is trained in using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach children with autism and has more than several years of experience in this field. Iulia lives in Barlad with her husband and two children. She likes to listen to music, go to the park with her children, and spend time with her family. Her strongest reinforcer is chocolate.
